Our Standard Design homes are high quality, modern homes that feature an array of superior amenities. However, for our clients to benefit from the cost savings our Standard design homes afford, each is built in accordance with our standard plans and specifications.

Our Custom Design homes, on the other hand, can be anything from a Standard Designed home modified to your taste and needs, to one designed exclusively for you from the ground up.
